Terms & conditions The guests understand that the pictures of the holiday packages which are shown on www.indopolostravels.com or its subsidiary sites are indicative and may not represent the actual product. The rates / prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are just a quotation and no blockings have been made. The prices / taxes can change and are subject to availability. The guests are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for them by return email for a valid booking to be made. Holiday package bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Special rates may not apply for peak seasons and the inclusions could be amended without any prior notice. In case Indopolos Travels is not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, Indopolos Travels reserves the right to offer a substitute Hotel Package in the same level & standard. The guest agrees that the terms of the holiday packages are subject to change even at short notices owing to the circumstances beyond Indopolos Travels or its co-ordinate’s control included but not limited to force majeure events etc. Indopolos Travelst only acts as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if the guest makes a booking through us, the contract shall be between the supplier and the guest and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of our co-ordinate shall apply. Indopolos Travels is not a party to the contractual relationship. By making a booking through www.indopolostravels.com or its subsidiary websites the guest makes an offer to buy the services or holiday package from the supplier. Indopolos Travels is allowed by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when Indopolos Travels sends you a confirmation by writing for the booking and payment as per the payment policy is received. Before placing an request / order the guest is advised to check the details of the Holiday Package very carefully. Once the guest makes the booking for a Holiday Package the guest agrees to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's details. Once Indopolos Travels accepts the booking on behalf of the suppliers of Indopolos Travels, a legally binding contract is formed between the guest and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by the guest. General travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier are made available by Indopolos Travels to the guest by means of a link or complete text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. Terms and conditions of the supplier may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions. If there are any conflicts between any information on www.indopolostravels.com or its subsidiary websites and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and those of the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier’s one will apply in priority. Indopolos Travels acts as a mediator between the guest and the supplier and thus, cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract. Indopolos Travels assumes no liability / guarantee for the arranged services / holiday packages / fitness / quality as represented. Indopolos Travels also does not guaranty for the availability of services / holiday packages. Responsibility in total lies with the supplier of the services purchased by you. Indopolos Travels requests the guest to obtain insurances and other protective measures etc. to safeguard themselves. The suppliers which are providing the services and holiday packages through Indopolos Travels are independent contractors and not employed by Indopolos Travels. Indopolos Travels is not liable for the service providers acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Indopolos Travels has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond Indopolos Travels’s direct control and has no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. Indopolos Travels only commits to a careful & screened choice and control of suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility. The guest’s right to cancel their service or holiday or modify their booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform Indopolos Travels in writing of such requests clearly specifying the booking reference. The time of receipt by Indopolos Travels of the written request for cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier. h |
